What is Iridology?

Your iris is a map. It reflects inherited tendencies and current stress patterns across systems — digestion, hormones, lymph, spine, emotions, and more.

  • Left eye: mom’s side, up to 3 generations of tendencies.
  • Right eye: dad’s side, up to 3 generations of tendencies.
  • Why this matters: You stop chasing symptoms and start working with your body’s design.

What your eyes can reveal — in minutes

Real patterns → real insight. Not woo. Not theory.

Gut

Why you’re prone to constipation/diarrhea or leaky gut — visible in the iris map.

Cravings

Why you crave sweets and what that says about your energy regulation.

Spine

Where alignment is stressed — pupil clues point us to priority areas.

Yeast

Signs consistent with a current yeast stress — often visible in the whites (sclera).

Inherited

3 generations through the left (mom) and right (dad) — so you can work with your blueprint.

Emotions

Stress rings and texture changes can mirror emotional load and recovery patterns.

What your eye color says about burnout

We’ve read thousands of irises. The same fatigue patterns show up again and again.

Blue eyes → lymph

Prone to lymphatic congestion. When toxins exit slowly, cells tire faster — classic “wired and tired.”

Mixed eyes (green/hazel) → liver

Often show liver congestion. With hundreds of daily jobs, a sluggish liver drags down energy.

Brown eyes → blood

More prone to blood congestion. When flow is sluggish, nutrients don’t reach tissues as easily.

Client portrait (blurred)

“We saw her burnout before she said a word.”

She’d seen four specialists. Normal labs. Nothing explained why she woke at 3 AM, felt anxious, bloated after meals, and stuck in a loop of supplements.

In her iris, we saw inherited digestive weakness, adrenal fatigue, and stagnant lymph flow — things her tests missed. She wasn’t broken. She just needed someone to read what her body was already showing.

Frequently Asked

Accuracy

Is this science or “woo”?
Iridology observes repeatable patterns in the iris and sclera that correlate with system stress. We use it to prioritize education and self-care — not to diagnose disease.

Time

How long does a reading take?
Most first sessions run 30–45 minutes. You’ll leave with 2–3 clear priorities to address now.

Prep

What do I need to bring?
Just good lighting (for video) and clean, makeup-free eyes if possible. We’ll guide you on getting clear photos if needed.

Faith

Is this spiritual?
We’re personally faith-based, but our work stays grounded in observation, education, and common-sense lifestyle support.

Next steps

What happens after?
You’ll get simple actions tailored to your iris priorities. If you want deeper guidance, we can map a plan together.

Cost

Is the class really free?
Yes. Come learn first. If you want a personal reading afterward, we’ll share options transparently.

You’ve looked at your eyes for years. It’s time to finally read them.
